Caving is a physical challenge; you get a bit dirty, but it’s great fun!

You will be walking, ducking, crawling and scrambling beyond the areas open to tourists to discover many incredible spaces the miners created, often hundreds of years ago.

Led by a highly skilled and experienced guide, you’ll be in small groups of up to 12 people, and the trip will take just over two hours (allow at least three hours in total for kitting up, briefing etc). Please allow more time if you would like to visit the Gift Shop or Lamproom Café afterwards.

Suitable for ages 7+ (under 18s must be accompanied by their parent or legal guardian).
